Beckwood Summerhouses Offer a Fresh Take on the Modern Garden Retreat

With gardens now serving as places to relax, entertain and escape, the modern summerhouse is evolving into far more than a decorative extra.

Which is why Forest Garden, the UK’s largest manufacturer and distributor of wooden garden products, has launched a new collection of summerhouses – complete with opening windows – to offer a lighter, fresher and more usable space for the warmer months.

Forest Garden’s Beckwood Summerhouses are designed with style, durability and comfort at the fore.

The shiplap construction is not only incredibly strong but brings a classic coastal charm to the garden that will never date.

But what makes the 11-strong collection really special is the addition of opening windows, ensuring ventilation on hot summer days.

Jenny Davis, Head of Marketing for Forest Garden, said: “Homeowners are looking for garden buildings that offer both style and practicality, and that’s exactly what the new Beckwood Summerhouse range delivers.

“By adding opening windows we are making the summerhouse feel fresher and more inviting, while also helping with airflow on warmer days. It’s a simple feature, but one that makes a real difference to how the building looks, feels and functions throughout the warmer months.

“We wanted to create a space people will genuinely want to spend time in.”

Forest Garden’s range of Beckwood Summerhouses are available with both pent and apex roofs. The pent range is available in four sizes, while the apex range comes in seven variations, including a reverse apex design.

Each is crafted from pressure-treated timber to ensure longevity and all come with a 25-year anti-rot guarantee. Beckwood summerhouses are completely maintenance free, meaning annual preservative treatment is not required.

The Beckwood Summerhouse Collection with opening windows is available now from Forest Garden, with prices starting at £769.99.
