Consumer interest in wall lights is soaring, according to British lighting brand Glow Lighting.
Data from Pinterest shows searches for terms including ‘indoor wall lights’, ‘bedside wall lights’, ‘living room wall lights’ and ‘wall lights’ have all increased over the last month, which is backed by Glow Lighting’s own consumer insight.
Emily Butterill, Founder of Glow Lighting, said: “As the darker months beckon, we have seen a surge of interest in our wall light collections.
“As homeowners become more ambitious in their interior schemes, lighting is playing an increasingly important role. It’s all about creating layers to give more rounded lighting that doesn’t feel flat.”
Glow Lighting’s stunning range of wall lights have been designed by Emily, and made to order in the firm’s North Yorkshire workshop. The collection features hand blown glass shades, which are available in clear, ribbed or coloured glass, paired with elegant yet simple metal wall brackets to create statement fixtures that command attention – even when they are not switched on.
All wall lights have been designed to complement Glow Lighting’s range of pendants for a cohesive look throughout the home. Bespoke options are also available.
Emily said: “I want our clients to consider wall lighting in the same way they would a piece of decorative art. Wall lights should accentuate the space where they are fitted.”
As well as looking beautiful, Glow Lighting’s range of wall lights are perfect for creating a warm and inviting ambience throughout the home.
They are ideal for use in the kitchen and bedroom, where more task-related lighting is often required, and in living spaces they can illuminate specific features such as wall art or original elements of the home.
Glow Lighting’s range of wall lights are available now. Each fixture is made to order and can be customised on request.
